Green Smoothie for Energy

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

We make our smoothies in the Vitamix but you can use any blender that you have. Add tofu for some protein.

  1. Place all ingredients into blender in order listed
  2. Start on low and quickly increase to high
  3. Blend until desired consistency.
